Character's Personality: Hitomi usually looks down on herself. Her personality is much like Hyuuga Hinata`s. But she has a mix of Hyuuga Hanabi in her also. Hitomi doesn`t like to count on other people. She usually feels like she needs to depend on herself and nobody else. Hitomi is what one would call meek and timid. She doesn`t stutter whenever she speaks. She just rarely speaks at all. Hitomi believes in horoscopes and checks up on her`s every once in a while. Her sign is an Aquarius. Which just adds to her mild and humble like personality. Even though Hitomi is rather shy, she can also be quite persuasive in her own way. She is both strong willed and determined in a way.
Hitomi isn`t one to easily give up. Though she does get easily insulted and usually comes to a conclusion when something is said. Hitomi can be slightly pesimistic and sometimes thinks the worse of a situation. On her off days, she can be rather detached and unemotional. Hitomi is polite and honest. Maybe too polite and too honest. Hitomi likes taking her time, but when someone makes her wait, she dislikes it. She is an obedient girl and does what she is told most of the time. Hitomi hates disappointing others and making someone mad, sad, or angry. Hitomi dislikes fighting of any kind of war, but she does nothing to stop it. Sure she has her own opinions but she doesn`t feel like her feelings count in the matter sometimes.
Hitomi welcomes other`s ideas and can be called a natural leader. If only she`d get rid of her shyness. Hitomi is considered practical and intelligent, though she has trouble knowing the difference between good and bad. She ponders on several things at random moments of time and can easily get distracted. Hitomi has trouble expressing herself in any creative way. Even though she rarely talks, she puts in her two cents every once in a while. She has a rather... dark humor. Or a dry one. No one can really tell. Hitomi likes seeing the logic out of a situation. When an illogical thing is shown to her, she likes to see proof. She is a listener instead of a talker. On a bad day, Hitomi retreats to her room usually, and doesn`t come out all day. The only time she comes out at all is when she needs to eat.
Hitomi can be rather clingy. This is the result of her lack of social contact. When in a clingy mood, she will follow you around. Trying to spark a conversation of some sort. Though she can take a hint. Unlike some people, Hitomi knows when she`s bothering other people. In her spare time, Hitomi likes to meditate. It helps her think about certain topics. She can also be called curious. Hitomi depends on teamwork and such when on a mission. She doesn`t like going on mission`s alone. It... scares her. Hitomi has a phobia of fire and blood. She starts to panic and can`t think rationally. This is the result of something that will be explained in another part of this form. Hitomi is what one would call a good treasurer if would ever become one.
Hitomi likes dreaming of the future and remembering the past. Sometimes she can`t even tell the difference between the two. Hitomi loathes to empty promises and excessive loneliness. When people enjoy a companionship, Hitomi has forever yearned for, she usually sulks somewhere around her home. When Hitomi tries to comprehend the emotion called love, she usually asks her sibling, Tongetsu Mariko. Mariko unfortunately also fails at comprehending that same emotion. But she has Hitomi thinking that she is a pro at such things. Hitomi likes collecting bingo books from different places. Hitomi just so happens idolizes her older sister Tongetsu Haruka. Being the middle child puts pressure on Hitomi and her goal to become as a good and legendary as her older siblings.
Character History: As a child, Hitomi grew up in a religous enviroment. Her mother was quite the religous nut. When Hitomi would break one of the 'rules'. She would be pulled by the hair by her mother and locked into a closet. Her mother was the abusive type. While, Hitomi`s father was the stressed out and overprotective type. When Hitomi`s mother grew suddenly ill, a whole new personality came from her mother. She was loving, melancholy, and uptight. Hitomi and her siblings soon learned how to take care of themselves. One day, at the academy, Hitomi got into trouble. She had supposedly thrown shuriken at another student. When in reality, it had only been 2 Genin playing a prank. Her father had been busy with other matters and her siblings were out somewhere else. The only person there that time was her mother.
The doctor had told her mother to stay inside at all times. Taking on step outside could be life threatening. But her mother had gone outside to speak to an Acdemy Instructer. And she had gotten Hitomi out of trouble. When they got home, her father was there. Hitomi`s father quickly pulled Hitomi`s mother inside. Hitomi was left outside until her father came out. Suddenly he slapped her and asked her why she had done it. He yelled at her and told her that she would be the death of her mother. Hitomi cried and cried. Her father had told her to shut up. To stop crying. Life went by. A year after the incident, Hitomi`s mother died.
Her father soon grew distant from the family. He became a workaholic, taking suicide missions. One day, when Hitomi got home, she her father`s body on the floor. There was blood everywhere. Thus causing her phobia of blood. Before she could do anything and check the body out, the smell of smoke filled her nostrils. The house was on fire. The result of this was her phobia of fire. Hitomi soon fainted from smoke intoxication. When she woke up, Hitomi found herself in a Hospital bed with her younger brother sitting in a chair beside her Hospital bed.

Hitomi has long red hair that is usually put into a bun. Her eyes are a bright azure. You could call Hitomi beautiful. Though she dislikes being observed. She`s quite concious of her body.
Role Play Sample: Flashback Lifting up the flap that was the entrance of Ichiraku, Sakura smiled as she entered. She had grown fond of the small ramen bar. Sakura had admitted long ago that the ramen there was fantastic. She couldn`t get enough of it. Sakura didn`t eat it as much as Naruto of course. Being the medic nin she was, Sakura only ate it once each day. It was part of her daily routine. Yes, Haruno Sakura had a daily routine. She had a scedule for everything, she only broke that schedule every once in a while. She was that devoted to her schedule. As Sakura looked over Ichiraku, she noticed one unusual detail about it. One thing she would usually overlook. But she hadn`t this time. He wasn`t there. Uzumaki Naruto was not at Ichiraku. She had checked the other places where he should`ve been before. He wasn`t there.
Sakura just shrugged. It was probably not a big deal. He was probably sleeping or something. The baka had probably overslept or something. Sakura kept tellling herself this, but she felt something big was going on. That something had happened. She shook the thoughts away and just sat at a stool. It was probably nothing. As Sakura ordered her ramen, she tapped her fingers impatiently. She wanted to check at Naruto`s apartment. She had been wanting to check up on him since the Hokage Ceremony. He seemed... bitter. Depressed. But she hadn`t confronted him before. She was to caught up in the moment to notice it at first. But as she the ceremony continued, she had realized his obvious discomfort.
"Sakura-san? We have important information. About Uzumaki Naruto."
That definitely brought Sakura out of her ponderings. She instantly turned toward the voice. It was a Kunoichi. Around the age of 20. Early 20s. Sakura looked at the woman questioningly. Then it hit her. Just as the woman was about to explain, Sakura spoke. "Naruto got in trouble again? Geez, he always needs me to get him out. What`d he do?"Sakura asked, laughing. She knew what had really happened. She just didn`t want to believe. If she told herself this lie, then she`d start to believe it. And hopefully, it`d start coming true. Of course it didn`t. The woman arched an eyebrow before sighing. Kids these days, never willing to accept the truth. "I`m sorry Sakura-san, but that is incorrect. Uzumaki Naruto had left the village. I just felt obliged to tell you."
Sakura`s eyes widened. No, it couldn`t be. He was not gone. He wouldn`t dare do something like that! He was Uzumaki Naruto after all. Then again, he had changed. He had grown slightly bitter. But Sakura hadn`t noticed. Sakura started shaking her head. He wouldn`t have done such thing. She wouldn`t believe it! It was ridiculous! "You`re lying. You`re trying to get me to hate him. You hate Naruto. You`re lying! Stop lying to me!"Sakura yelled. Then she felt a sharp pain on her cheek. Stunned, Sakura lifted her hand to her cheek. The woman had slapped her. To knock some sense into her. And it had worked. Her eyes filled with tears as she looked to the ground. Her eyes darkened and her bangs hid her emerald like eyes. She started sobbing. How could he do this? Why would he do this? What was wrong with him?! Her shoulders shook as she sobbed and fell to the ground, leaving her now cold ramen unattended to. End Flashback
The tears were long gone by now. But the heartache was there to stay. She felt weak. Drained. And most importantly, confused. Why would he do such a thing? Wasn`t he happy? If he wasn`t, he could`ve told them why. Team 7 could`ve helped. They could`ve helped mend the wound. Maybe not heal it, but at least stop the bleeding. Sakura liked comparing 2 things. Time and people. They were so different, yet alike. She was starting to like comparing to other things. Bonds and friendship. Friendship could either be hard to make or easy. It all depended on the situation. Bonds were the special connection between people. The special thing they had incommon. The special thing that people had tried to hard to make. Friendships and bonds could easily be made. And they could stay forever. But in less then a second, they could all be destroyed. By one mistake. One thing. One regret.
As Sakura snapped back to reality, she realized that she was at the Village Gates. What would she do? Just wait there? Wait for something that was never going to come back on their own? No. Naruto had done it willingly. Did he even regret this? Everything was just so... confusing. Why couldn`t everthing be normal? Sakura just wished she could go back in time. She had been wishing for that a lot. But could you blame Sakura? Things had changed so fast, and it seemed like Sakura was the only one standing still. The only one time hadn`t bothered to change. Sure she had somewhat changed in power and personality. But deep down, she was still the same weak kunoichi she had been 5 years ago. It was hard knowing something like that. But it was the truth none of the less.
Tearing her eyes away from the gates, she finally took a seat on a bench. She remembered sitting here at the eact spot when she had confronted Sasuke when they were 12. You`re Annoying... Those words were lost in the past. A past that Sakura yearned to go back to. Who cared if everyone thought she was weak? It was still a simple time. A time where you weren`t forced to grow up to quickly. To bad there was no possible way to go back. Suddenly Sakura started crying, her shoulders shaking. She hugged herself and let the tears fall. Why`d this awful thing have to happen to her?! It wasn`t fair! Why`d life unfair? Why? Sakura cursed the Gods. They hadn`t done her any good. They hadn`t brought her riches or help her through out her life. Team 7 had. They were there to catch her. They were there to point out her flaws and mistakes. At first, she had been angry. Now, she was thankful.
Everything was so complicated. Why it had to be this way, Sakura didn`t know. But she despised it. Sakura wiped away the tears, and attempted to calm herself down. She didn`t need people seeing her like this. She didn`t want anyone pitying her. It`d make her feel worse. She just wanted to be alone. She`d have to be strong for her team. They had been going through a roller coaster of emotions ever since Sasuke had been picked as the Hokage. She had to be strong. If she couldn`t do that, she could at least act like it. Sakura knew she wasn`t anything like her teammates and would never be. Sakura admired them from afar. Even though she had been with them since they were 12, they seemed to have progressed farther then ever. One had even become a Hokage! They were so close, yet so far away.
Everything Sakura did for her team, it was so small. So little. She barely helped. Sakura closed her eyes tightly and hugged herself once again. Her gloveless hands touched cold skin. There were goosebumps all over her arms. She suddenly started to realize how cold it was. She wished it was warmer. She wished for a lot of things, but they never seemed to come true. Sakura tried to imagine a place where everything was less complex. Where it was warm. Where everyone was accepted. There were no faults nor mistakes in this place. No chaos. As Sakura opened her eyes, the place disappeared. She didn`t like it. If there was no chaos, there`d be no reason for order. For the third time that day, Sakura hugged herself. She was so exhausted. It had been about an hour since she had heard the unfortunate news.
Sakura wondered what the reaction of the rest of her team`s would be. Would they be shocked? Unhappy? Sad? Angry? What would to feel? Sakura had felt numb and stunned. She couldn`t believe the fact. She had fed herself a lie. Something untrue. Something Sakura wanted so dearly to happen. She just couldn`t understand. Would you understand if your teammate suddenly got up and left. Sakura wanted to understand. She wanted to know his pain. She wanted to understand his pain and the misfortunes he had gone through. She wanted to understand. The problem was, no one would let her. Apparently, they judges by first impressions. Sakura had changed. She was no longer the vain and conceited preteen from 5 years ago. She no longed considered herself unkind or not intelligent. She had slightly changed. At least, Sakura hoped so. She didn`t want to be known as someone unkind, vain, or conceited.
Sakura was determined to become someone respectful. Someone who deserved the the acknowledgement and respect they got. That was Sakura`s goal. Sakura tried smiling, but she just couldn`t. She was still disappointed and unhappy. Her eyes shined with unshed tears. She had cried to much. A shinobi was not supposed to shed tears or show emotion. She had recited the rule herself during the mission to the Land Of The Waves. Though Sakura had never followed this rule. She`d be like the old Naruto and create her own Nindo. Though, she knew it`d be a long and bumpy path to follow. But she`d do it anyways. For her village. For her team. For herself. Sakura hoped in the future that she`d become recognized, not as a member of the famous Team 7. But as Haruno Sakura. She hoped that she`d be able to understand by then. That she`d be able to laugh in the future. She`s be considered an equal to Sai, Sasuke, Kakashi, Yamato, and...
Naruto...
Sakura bit her lip. She had almost forgotten. She had almost forgotten that he had left. Keyword: Almost. She pushed the thought in the back of her head. It was something she didn`t need to think about. She felt her heart throb. Damn Naruto. Damn him for being stupid. Damn the village for not accepting Naruto. Damn Team 7 for not noticing his unusual behavior. Damn herself for not caring for him in the past. For being to late. If she had just taken the time to get to know him in the past, she would`ve become friends with him sooner. She hated herself. Sakura had been stupid and... Sakura just felt like ripping all of her hair out. She was so frustrated. She hated everything. It was all the damned village`s fault. Sakura was so tempted to murder half of the villagers. The way they treated Naruto made Sakura want to punch them. The way they talked about him, looked at him, touch him, it all made Sakura want to kill them. She was willing to massacre the whole village, only to have Naruto back.
She was desprate. Sakura mentally slapped herself. How are she even think such a thing. Sakura was sure Tsunade would`ve been disappointed in her. She was sure. She wouldn`t dare hurt a villager, someone who thought as Shinobi as heroes and heroines. Villagers looked up to Shinobi. They never thought about the sacrafices Shinobi had to make to protect them. There were so many things Shinobi`s had to give up. For the better of the village was what they were told. It was all for the village. They did several things for this village. Absentmindedly, Sakura clenched her fists together. The village this. The village that. It was always about the damned village. It was never about the person who protected it. Shinobi did not do what was right they did what they were ordered. Sakura despised the rule oh so much. It just made her question her sanity even more. She wondered why she even became a shinobi. But she couldn`t go back now. She had made her choice long ago. It was a choice Sakura regreted sometimes.
"Damn it Naruto. Why?! Just... Why?"Sakura mumbled.
